Erging….
Well I did it, I finished the 2000m race…not at an exceptionally fast pace, but for my level of preparation I give it a solid performance. Six Minutes and five seconds was my time, I was ~ twenty seconds faster than my nearest competitor Stefan Albrecher, one of my novice rowers.
I imagine only with time he will be beating me, along with the rest of the team, till then I am still the champ! I send out a congratulations to all my athletes who competed, 2k on an ergometer is not something for everyone and with time you will become progressively better, which includes learning how to deal with the pain!
Maybe we can all learn from Lance Armstrong, ”Pain is temporary, quitting lasts forever”.
I have been contemplating a Triathlon or a Marathon lately, does anyone have ideas or suggestions?
